Tagliatelle with Quick Sausage meat Bolognaise

Tagliatelle pasta - 1 Onion - EVO - 1 Garlic clove (thinly sliced) - 3 large sausage or 1/2 pack of sausage meat - 12 cherry tomatoes (halfed) - Parmesan cheese - Salt & Pepper

Boil Tagliatelle pasta is salted water, about 10 minutes to cook. Add EVO to hot pan and fry 1 finely chopped onion and garlic. Sweat until soft. Crumble sausage meat into hot pan (no skins) and when cooked add tomatoes. Season and add a few Tsp of pasta cooking water. Drain the pasta and add to the sausage meat sauce. Finish with freshly grated Parmesan
