Spaghetti w/ Chilli, Sardines & Oregano

EVO - 1 clove minced garlic - 1/4 cup breadcrumbs Sauce: 1 Chilli pepper (Diced) - 1 clove minced garlic - Sardines - Oregano - Handful of Rocket

Heat EVO & add garlic and bread crumbs. Cook over medium heat until the bread crumbs are golden. Season and drain on paper towel.
For the sauce: Add oil from sardines to hot pan and add chilli and garlic. Boil spaghetti in salted water. Chop 10 sardines into chunks and add to pan. Drain pasta and combine with the sardines and chilli sauce. Add a few leaves of Oregano and Rocket. Plate and top with breadcrumbs and serve.
