Spaghetti

Olive oil - 1 large Spanish onion - Aeromat - 1 1/2 lb. White mushrooms - 2 lb. Hamburger - 5 to 6 strips Bacon - Maggi - Season Salt - “Knorr” Powdered Beef Stock - 1/2 bottle of dark beer - Spaghetti noodles - Red Wine, (Jackson-Triggs, Shiraz) - Spaghetti Sauce - Sweet Basil - Parmesan cheese

2:00 PM / Place wok on low heat & add a little olive oil or margarine Cut up one BIG Spanish onion and place into wok & sprinkle with Aeromat (Vegetable seasoning). Add 1 & 1/2 lbs of fresh sliced white mushrooms & sprinkle about 2 oz of red wine over them so that every mushroom has a drop or two of wine (or more) on it. Let stand on low heat for 10 minutes. Then stir every 10 minutes. Meanwhile, place 3 cans/jars of your favourite spaghetti sauce in large saucepan & place on Low Heat. Sprinkle Sweet basil over top of sauce and let stand. Not too much.
3:00 PM / Brown hamburger (about 1 1/2 to 2 lbs.) in large frypan adding Maggi, (a little) Season salt & two heaping Tbsp of “Knorr” powdered beef stalk. Sprinkle over hamburger and let stand for 10 minutes. Drain fat when hamburger is cooked and place on High Heat. Add a 1/2 bottle of “Dark Ale” or “Lager beer” will do in a pinch. (Ale is to cooking with beer as red wine is to cooking with wine). Stir constantly and when Ale is mostly gone, drain and taste beef.
4:00 PM / Mix in hamburger to spaghetti sauce and let simmer on low heat. Keep stirring the mushrooms and onions every 10 minutes. When the onions are soft, taste the mushrooms and onion mix. Would you eat it as a meal, as it stands? Does it need more Aeromat?
5:00 PM / Add mushrooms and onions to spaghetti sauce and stir in. Place a large saucepan of water on stove and bring to boil.
5:30 PM / Add spaghetti noodles to boiling water & tur n up the heat on spaghetti sauce (medium/low to medium) and sir in 1/3 of a bottle of red wine. Stir when needed. [For an entirely different experience, use a thicker noodle (like Linguini) and add a 500 ml tub of light Sour Cream to Sauce.
6:00 PM Serve Spaghetti sauce over noodles and don’t forget the Parmesan cheese!
