Lasagne

1 & 1/2 lb. of hamburger - 1 tsp garlic (minced) - 1 tbsp Parsley Flakes (for the meat sauce) - 1 tbsp Basil - Salt - Pepper - 1 jar (Thick and Zesty) Pasta Sauce - 6 oz Tomato Paste - Lasagna noodles - 1 tub cottage cheese - 2 eggs - 2 tbsp Parsley Flakes (for cheese mix) - 1/4 a cup fresh grated Parmesan Cheese - 500 g Mozzarella cheese
Boil lasagna noodles (fresh pasta 4-5 minutes). Brown 1 lb. of hamburger (drain fat). Add garlic, Parsley, Basil, salt & pepper, Pasta Sauce, Tomato Paste, & Simmer all of this for 15 minutes uncovered, stirring occasionally.
Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC). Remove pasta noodles and pour over cold water. In a separate bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, Parsley, and Cheese, mix well. Grease 8x8 lasagna pan then place noodles in & spread "Meat Sauce" then "cheese mix", Repeat 2-3 times. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
