Asparagus & Ham
Asparagus - Black forest ham, cut as thick as you would get in a sliced sandwich ham - Hollandaise sauce - Dijon Mustard
Cook asparagus till al Dante, remove from heat. While asparagus is cooking,
mix up a batch of Hollandaise sauce & mix 70% with 30% Dijon Mustard. Wrap ham around the Asparagus. Top with Sauce & mustard mix and flash broil for 3 minutes or sauce in bubbling. Serve with Potato of choice.
