Baked Salmon w/Dijon & Garlic:
3-4 Salmon filet - 1 tbsp Parsley - 3 garlic cloves - 1/2 tbsp Dijon - 1/2 tsp salt - pinch of pepper - 2 tbsp EVO - 2 tbsp lemon juice
1. Preheat oven to 450ºF (235ºC)
2. Mix ingredients and spread over Salmon
3. Place foil on cookie sheet and brush on EVO. Place 1 lemon slice on each piece of Salmon on and fire it into the oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
4. Serve hot
