Venison Sirloin Roast

3 Tbsp EVO - 1 Tbsp lemon juice - 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp soy sauce - 1 Tsp minced garlic - 1/2 Tsp ground pepper - Venison roast

Mix all marinade ingredients together in a small measuring cup. Place venison roast in a large zip lock bag. Pour marinade over roast and seal bag. Place bag in a flat casserole dish so that the steaks are in a single layer. Refrigerate and marinate at least 4 hours, turning every half hour to marinate all sides. Drain marinade and Sear roast in a hot pan with EVO. Place in oven at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until medium rare -> mid well.
