Steve’s Quick & Easy Pulled Beef w/ Au Jus

Fill slow cooker 1/2 way with water and add a pk of dry onion soup mix. Remove fat from 1 (4 lb) blade roast and place in slow cooker (on medium heat for 12 hours). Remove beef and rest for 15 minutes. Pour the juices from the crock pot through a sieve into a glass bowl. Use the juices as your Au Jus. Pull beef apart with fork. Place beef on crusty French bun (Cheese optional) and dip in Au Jus for extra flavour.
