My Burger Can Beat Upo Your Burger

1 lb hamburger - (4 squirts) Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard - 1 minced onion - (4 squirts) Ketchup - 1 Egg yoke - 1/2 cup Chicken stock - 1 hamburger bun - Mayonnaise - Lettuce - 1/4 dill pickle - Salt - Pepper - Swiss Cheese - EVO

Mix the hamburger, Worcestershire sauce, Mustard, minced onion, Egg yoke, Ketchup, Salt, and Pepper in a large bowl. Form 6 oz hamburger patty and place on grill. Spread a little EVO on both sides of the burger, then sear both sides on high heat. Place in hot frypan & add chicken stock. Reduce to paste and drag meat through paste. Top with Swiss cheese and let melt. Toast bun and dress with Mayonnaise & Lettuce. Place the top part of bun on hamburger and use a toothpick to hold pickle on top.
