Lamb Chops with Garlic, Mint & Butter

Lamb chops - Butter - Mint leaves - Flat Leaf Parsley - Garlic

Finely chop flat leaf parsley and some mint leaves. Press 4 garlic cloves into mix and add to melted Butter. Season and place in fridge for mixture to harden. 20 minutes minimum.
In Hot frypan add butter and EVO. Drop your chops in and turn at 2-2 1/2 minutes. Fry for another 2 minutes and take off heat to rest. Place tabs of butter (garlic, mint, etc.) On top of the lamb chop and let it melt into the lamb. Let rest 3-4 minutes then serve
