Hamburger Steaks With Onion Gravy

1 lb. ground beef - 2 cups Beef broth - 1/2 lb Mushrooms - 1 Onion, sliced - 3 Tbsp flour - 3 or 4 oz Dry Red Wine - 1 pad of butter - EVO - salt & pepper - 1 dash Worcestershire sauce

Pat down as many hamburger patties as you need for the meal and season. Sear in hot pan with EVO (seasoned side down) then season the top. Cook both sides about 6 minutes in all. Remove burger and set aside. Add chopped onions in the fat and Sauté. Sauté mushrooms in a second hot pan with butter and EVO. Cook till golden brown, then toss in with the onions and cook till onions are translucent. Season with salt and pepper. Add (3 Tbsp) flour and mix well (2 minutes). Add 3-4 oz red wine and reduce. Mix well and add (1 cup) beef broth and let simmer, then add a second cup when first cup is reduced. Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce to the mix and set burgers back in to reheat. Simmer on medium 10 minutes, or until cooked. Serve with mashed.
