Asian Lollipop Lamb Chops
Marinade
1 Tbsp Chopped ginger - 3/4 cup of chopped garlic? - 1/2 cup Cilantro - 1/2 cup Soy Sauce - 2 cups brown sugar - 1/2 Tsp red pepper flakes - 1/2 Tsp Chinese 5 star spice
Place 8-12 lamb chops in glass cooking dish and cover with marinade. Massage the marinade into the chops. Place in fridge 4-6 hours.
Pasta & chops
4 Tbsp EVO - 2 Tsp butter - 1 sliced carrot - 2 sliced zucchini - 1 & 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic - 1/2 cup Cilantro (chopped) - salt - pepper - pasta - 6 cups cream - 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese - chicken stock
Simmer ingredients and pasta until cooked. Sear chops in hot pan for 2 minutes a side. Add a bit of chicken stock to finish cooking meat. Plate the pasta and put chops on top, (bone up).
