6 oz. Burger patties 100% pork - EVO - 1/2 cup chicken stock - Sharp cheddar cheese slices - Brioche buns - Apple Butter - Arugula leaves

Take ground pork and add 2-3 drops of liquid smoke, season well. Form into 6 oz. burger patties. Add EVO to frypan (medium-high heat) and sear meet on both sides. Turn heat down a bit, add chicken stock & cover with glass lid. Let cook for 3 minutes.
Meanwhile take to hamburger bun tops and toast to a golden brown. Turn burger and add cheddar cheese slice to top and replace the lid for 2 more minutes. Remove the buns from heat and place on a nice plate. Place burger on lower bun and top with Apple butter & 5-6 Arugula leaves. Place bun on top and secure with toothpick or stick.
