Chicken Parmesan

Chicken breasts - 1-2 egg(s) - Spaghetti sauce - Spaghetti noodles - Vegetable oil - Bread crumbs - Mozzarella Cheese - Salt & Pepper

Salt a pot of water, bring to a boil and add spaghetti. Heat oil in pan. Cut Chicken breasts in half and pound between two sheets of cling film to thin out. Dredge the chicken through egg wash and then through bread crumbs. Fry in oil until bottom is golden brown and turn. Repeat other side. When done, place chicken on paper town. Drain spaghetti and put on a plate. Place the chicken on, then add the pasta sauce and cheese. Bake 2-4 minutes at 350ºF (175ºC).
