Roasted Portobelo Mushrooms

Portobelo Mushrooms - Hamburger buns - Mozzarella cheese - EVO - Salt & Pepper

Remove stem from mushroom and Brush the top with EVO. Turn over and top with shredded Mozzarella cheese. Place on grill over Medium heat for 12-15 minutes. In the last few minutes of cooking, place the bun on the grill to toast it. Place the mushroom between the two pieces ov bun and serve.
