Flatbreads with fennel and Feta

Flatbread - EVO - Fennel (thinly sliced) - Fennel seeds - Feta - Pomegranate molasses

Add EVO to flatbread, place in pan and toast until crisp and golden on both sides. Place fennel over flatbread. Next, toast fennel seeds in hot dry pan. Sprinkle on top of flatbread and add Feta cheese. Finish with a drizzle of Pomegranate molasses and serve.
