Fettuccine Alfredo
1/2 cup butter 2 cloves Garlic (minced) 2 cups whipping cream - 1/8 Tsp black pepper pinch of salt 1/2 cup Parmesan (grated) 12 oz. Pasta Parsley for garnish
Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Add garlic, cream, salt, pepper, & bring to a boil. Add cheese & simmer for 8 minutes (until thick). Cook pasta for recommended time & drain. Serve with Alfredo sauce & garnish with parsley.
