Bruschetta with Garlic, Tomatoes, Capers & Pecorino
Baguet bread - 1 garlic clove - Sweet cherry tomatoes - Caper berries - Pecorino cheese
Slice baguet bread diagonally, drizzle with EVO and place oil side down onto hot griddle. When bread is toasted, rub with pealed garlic clove. Half tomatoes and rub the juices into the toasted garlic bread, then simply crush on top. Slice a couple of capers and place on top with some shaved Pecorino cheese. Drizzle with EVO and add a twist of pepper.
