Brussel Sprouts with Bacon & Nuts

12 Brussel Sprouts - 2-3 slices of Bacon - Any kind of nut (Peanuts, Cashew...) - Butter

Boil Brussel Sprouts until Al Dante. Chop bacon into strips and fry until almost crisp. Drain bacon on paper towel and set aside. Drain all but 1 Tbsp of bacon fat from frypan. Add Brussel Sprouts and Sauté for 3-4 minutes. Place in bowl, Melt a pad of butter on top and sprinkle nuts over. Serve hot.
