Broccoli & Simple Cheese Sauce

2 heads of broccoli - 4 cups of chicken broth - 1 cup of shredded Old Cheddar cheese - 1/4 cup of milk - 1 heaping Tbsp of corn starch

Cut head of Broccoli into florets. Steam Broccoli for 20 minutes or until al Dante (Can also be boiled).
Just before Broccoli is done, add milk to saucepan and add corn starch. Mix well and place on medium/high heat, stirring almost constantly. When milk mix thickens, add the cheese and stir until melted. Season with salt, to taste and remove from heat.
Drain broccoli (if boiled), plate and pour generous amounts of sauce over broccoli.
