Twice Baked Potatoes

Preheat Oven to 450ºF (235ºC). Wash potatoes and put on baking sheet 1 hour. Sauté bacon in frypan, pat dry and crumble. Remove potatoes and let cool. slice potato longways. Scoop out potato leaving 1/4 inch. In a mixing bowl add sour cream, sharp cheddar, butter, salt, pepper, and milk to potatoes. Mix with blender. Slice green onions (scallions) on a bias and add half for topping. Put mix back in potato skins and top with cheddar, scallions and bacon. Bake for 15 minutes more.
