Potato Salad

Potatoes - Green Onions - Radishes - English Mustard - Pepper - Mayonnaise

Boil potatoes (8-10 large) till almost solf. Place in large mixing bowl and refrigerate. After an hour, use knife to cut larger pieces into tiny bits. Add two bunches of chopped green onions and 1/3 of a cup of finely chopped radishes. Stir. Add a thin blanket of powdered mustard. Stir and repeat. Add a thin blanket of black pepper. Stir and repeat. Stir in 4-5 heaping Tbsp of Mayonnaise. (See Homemade Mayonnaise on page 3-1).
