Awesome Potatoes
1 can Campbell’s Cream of Chicken soup - a tub of Light Sour Cream -
Hash brown potatoes - Sharp Cheddar Cheese - Corn Flakes - Butter
Place soup into wok and add Sour Cream. Add a 1/2 pkg of hash brown potatoes and cook on medium/low heat until potatoes are soft. (About 1/2 an hour). Grate in a little sharp cheddar cheese in the last couple of minutes and taste. When you can just taste a hint of cheddar, remove from heat and place mix into a Pyrex cooking dish. Crush “Corn Flakes” on top and add butter. Flash broil for 2-3 minutes until butter is bubbling.
