Classic Spinach Dip

1 small pkg spinach, finely chopped - 1 cup Mayonnaise - 2 cup Sour cream - 1 pkg Vegetable Dry Soup Mix - 3 green onions, chopped - 8 oz water chestnuts (drained and chopped)

Combine ingredients and refrigerate 2 hours, to blend flavours.
