Cheesy (Scones) Biscuits
1&1/2 cups flour (siv) - 1 Tbsp baking powder - 200g shredded cheddar - 1 cup double cream (you can use whipping cream) - butter - Salt - Pepper
Combine flour, baking powder, cheddar, seasoning & cream in a bowl and mix with a wooden spoon. Need for 30 seconds only (or it won’t rise). Roll out dough to 1 inch thick (2cm) and cut little circles out using a biscuit cutter. Place on a baking sheet and leave to rest for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 325ºF (160ºC) = 160 º C) Brush each biscuit with melted butter and cook for 30 minutes in oven.
