Gourmet Omelet
3 pads of Butter - 3 Eggs - Spinach - Feta Cheese - Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese - 4 white Mushrooms - 1 oz Whipping Cream - cucumber
Add butter to hot pan on high heat. When Butter foams add spinach and stir until wilted (30-45 seconds) then set aside. Sauté mushrooms in butter until golden brown, set aside. Break 3 eggs into a bowl, whisk and add cream. Pour eggs into hot buttered frypan on Medium/Low and add cooked spinach, mushrooms and Feta cheese. Let cook for 3-4 minutes and then add Parmesan cheese and season to taste. Let melt and flip for 15 seconds. Serve folded so the golden brown side faces up with sliced cucumber on the side.
