Peanut Butter Fudge
10 oz peanut butter chips - 1/4 cup whipping cream - 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk - 1 Tsp butter
Pour Peanut butter chips into large glass bowl and melt over double boiler. Stir quit often while they melt. When chips are starting to melt add whipping cream & condensed milk. Melt completely.
Grease a loaf pan with a bit of butter the line the loaf pan with parchment paper (leaving the ends uncovered). Then place a thin strip longways. Pour peanut butter mixture into loaf pan and smooth out the top. Cover with cling wrap and place in fridge for 6 hours.
Heat knife in warm water to make slicing dessert easy! Place is mini cupcake holders and serve.
