Uncle Bill’s Favorite Oatmeal Cookies
Neal Family Recipe

1 cup butter - 1/2 cup sugar - 1/2 cup brown sugar - 1 Egg - 1 & 1/3 cups flour - 1/2 Tsp salt - 1/2 Tsp baking soda - 1 Tsp baking powder - 1 & 1/2 cups oatmeal
Mix ingredients together and bake for 15 minutes at 375ºF (190ºC).
