Homemade Brownies
6 oz (170g) of Dark Chocolate - 3/4 Cup (6 oz or 170g) of Unsalted Butter - 1 Cup (225g) of Sugar - 3 Eggs - 3/4 Cup (170g) Flour - 1/4 Cup (57g) Cocoa
Chop chocolate into small pieces & melt. Melt butter in pan and add chocolate & stir. Transfer into glass bowl as soon as chocolate is melted. Add sugar & stir in with a wooden spoon. Add three eggs ONE at a time (Beat for 1 minute between eggs). In separate bowl mix dry ingredients of flour and Coco, blend and add to the wet ingredients, stir. Pour contents into an 8" square cake tin. Butter bottom of tin and add parchment paper if you want to stop it from sticking completely. Heat in Oven at 350ºF (175ºC) for 20-25 minutes.
