Banana Split Pie with homemade Banana Ice Cream

Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs - 4 oz. Melted butter
Banana Ice Cream:
6 oz. Heavy whipping cream - 1 can (cold) Condensed Milk - 3-4 Bananas - Juice of a lemon - 1 Tsp sugar
Middle layer:
Fresh strawberries (to taste) - Whipped Cream - Hershey’s Chocolate syrup - Dark Chocolate for grating - Cherries - Chopped nuts (optional)

Crust:
Place graham cracker crumbs in bowl with melted butter and mix. Place graham cracker mixture on the bottom of a greased 8x8 pyrex baking dish and press down till firm then set in the fridge until needed.
For the ice cream:
Whisk whipping cream until soft peaks form. Crush up bananas and add to whipping cream. Whisk until well mixed. Whisk in a can of condensed milk, sugar and some lemon juice. Pour into pyrex dish, on top on graham cracker crust. Set in freezer for 6 hours.
Fishing touches:
Remove dessert from freezer 10 minutes before serving. Cut up fresh strawberries and place on top of ice cream. Drizzle chocolate over top of pie and top with Whipped Cream. Grate dark chocolate over dessert, cut into individual pieces and top each piece with chopped nuts (optional) and a cherry. Serve immediately.
