Potato and Corn Chowder

1 bag frozen hash browns - 1 can of corn (undrained) - 1 can cream-style corn - 1 can evaporated milk - 1 medium onion, chopped - 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled - 1/2 tsp salt - 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 tsp pepper

Mix all ingredients together in crock pot and cook for 6-8 hours on low.
