Honey & Garlic Basa

6 Basa fillets - 2 oz. Lemmon Juice - 2 Tbsp honey - 4 minced garlic cloves - Salt - Pepper

In a bowl, mix the lemmon Juice, honey, and minced garlic cloves together.
Season fish with salt and pepper. Place fish in a greased casserole dish and cover the fish in sauce. Place in oven at 350ºF (175ºC) for 30 minutes, then increase to 500ºF (260ºC) for 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
